The University of Cappadocia Healthy Living Practice and Research Center is an academic center structured within the framework of a multidimensional health approach that looks after the physical, spiritual and social integrity of individuals. Nutrition counseling, language and speech therapy, physiotherapy and exercise counseling , psychological support and fitness/pilates units within the center , It operates with a holistic service approach aimed at improving the quality of life. Specialists in these units work in accordance with personalized plans that take care of the unique needs of individuals and provide a wide range of professional support, ranging from establishing healthy eating habits to alleviating communication disorders, pain management to strengthening stress coping skills.
Cappadocia Center for Wellness, also Nutrition and Dietetics of the School of Health Sciences, Language and Speech Therapy, Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation departments and the Psychology department of the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences are a learning environment in which students carry out their practical training. Students participate in real case based studies under the guidance of field experts at the center and gain the opportunity to develop their professional knowledge, skills and attitudes.
